Born at home
Every time we walked past Cerro de las Tres Cruces we wondered why there wasn’t a gourmet breakfast spot in the area. Our brunch came straight out of our home kitchen: weekend breakfasts where classic Colombian food meets techniques and ingredients from around the world. That’s how the buñuelo waffle and our egg skillets were born.
And if you prefer the classics, we have traditional breakfasts with arepa, fresh cheese, eggs your way and paisa-style calentado. Just hiked Cerro de las Tres Cruces? We’re one block away.
