This is what the table looks like at Tentaos

Our story
From a December food cart to our own table
It all started with a food cart selling skewers and chorizos at the December Christmas lights. Luisa was pregnant with our daughter and, every time we walked past Cerro de las Tres Cruces, we asked ourselves the same thing: why isn’t there a good place for breakfast around here?
Our brunch was born in our home kitchen: the breakfasts we made ourselves on weekends, where classic Colombian food meets techniques and ingredients from other parts of the world.
December
A cart at the Christmas lights
Skewers and chorizos for the season, with Luisa pregnant and full of drive.
Every weekend
The question by the hill
Why isn’t there a good place for breakfast around here?
One ordinary day
The empty storefront
Luisa spotted it on her way back from university. That same afternoon we went to ask.
Today
Tentaos is born
We started with breakfast and right away jumped into lunch too.
